Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Cimarron Woods offers 24-hour emergency maintenance so that your students comfort is not affected.

If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one! Each future resident will complete a Roommate Matching form so we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!

Cimarron Woods offers a variety of floor plan options to fit your needs. Our spacious 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom floor plans all include internet, cable, and a washer and dryer to suit your student’s needs.

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and beginning their career, we also help them have fun along the way. At Cimarron Woods, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our creative staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved with their roommates and the community. These activities range from Taco Tuesdays to Friday Trivia. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at Wright State University, as well as events happening around town so they don’t miss anything! We want your student to succeed, and that’s why we kept them in mind while designing Cimarron Woods as a Living-Learning environment!

Yes, we offer roommate matching! If you do not have anybody in mind you would like to live with, we can match you up with somebody. There is a Roommate Matching Form you can complete to let us know more about what you’re looking for in a roommate. Then we spend weeks in the summer determining the best match based on that information.

• Have your student’s financial institution automatically deduct rent from their bank account each month.

If maintenance is needed, simply go to the resident portal and fill out a maintenance request. A call or stop to the front desk is also an easy way to file a request. If it is an emergency, please notify the front desk immediately.

The lease at Cimarron Woods is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Cimarron Woods after signing the lease, they will need to re-let their bedroom. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You can pre-pay rent via your resident portal by clicking or tapping here.

Pets are allowed in our townhomes. Pets are not allowed in the apartment building. Contact our office for breed restrictions.

No furniture is provided. Our apartments are non-furnished so you can bring your own things!

Your package will be conveniently placed in our package room for you.

We are immediately adjacent from Wright State University’s campus. Cimarron Woods is just a two-minute walk to the nearest WSU campus building.

Every resident is given one package and one visitors pass. Residents can park wherever they’d like on the property while visitors must park in the back lot which is the designated visitors lot. Cimarron Woods offers limited garage parking on a first come first serve basis at $25 a month.

Yes! Cimarron Woods will have resident events that range from Taco Tuesdays to Trivia Fridays. Not only is there free food at events, but it’s also a great way to meet people!
